22-07-2024

The new B-WISE MOOC offers tailored online learning modules to address the digital and soft skills needs of Work Integration Social Enterprises (WISEs) across Europe. Funded by Erasmus+, the MOOC aims to foster innovation, sustainability, and career attractiveness in the WISE sector.

The B-WISE consortium is thrilled to announce the launch of the B-WISE MOOC, an innovative online learning platform designed to address the skills needs in the Work Integration Social Enterprises (WISEs) sector across Europe. Funded by the Erasmus+ programme, this MOOC is a key component of the B-WISE project, which aims to equip WISEs with essential digital and soft skills.

The B-WISE MOOC is tailored to three primary target groups within the sector: Enablers, Supporters, and Workers with Support Needs. Drawing from the B-WISE training curricula, which was piloted across several European countries, the MOOC offers a selection of modules that showcase the e-learning opportunities developed through the project.

Modules cover critical areas such as WISE Identity, Strategy and Transformation; Networking & Communication; and Supporting Work and Employability. Each module is adapted to the specific needs of the target groups, ensuring a relevant and impactful learning experience.

Participants can access the modules, watch an introductory video, and test their knowledge through a comprehensive question bank. The B-WISE MOOC is a significant step towards fostering innovation, competitiveness, and sustainability in the WISE sector, while also enhancing its appeal as a career choice.
