The new plan outlines strategies to boost the visibility and appeal of Work Integration Social Enterprises (WISEs), targeting young talent and promoting gender balance. It provides a roadmap for long-term sector growth, with promotional activities extending beyond the project's duration.

The B-WISE consortium is proud to announce the publication of the Promotional Plan for the WISE Sector. This strategic document outlines a comprehensive approach to enhancing the visibility and attractiveness of the WISE sector in the open market.

Aimed at increasing the sector's appeal as a viable career choice, particularly among young people and with a focus on achieving gender balance, the plan serves as a step-by-step guide for implementing effective promotional activities. It includes practical examples and strategies designed to support stakeholder meetings and communication efforts throughout the B-WISE project.

Beyond the project's duration, the promotional activities outlined in this plan will continue to be a priority. They are expected to be integrated into the broader European strategy and National Rollout Plans, ensuring long-term sustainability and impact.

The B-WISE Promotional Plan is a key component of the Long-Term Action Plan, providing a roadmap for elevating the WISE sector and securing its future growth and success.
