The B-WISE consortium is excited to announce the publication of the Roadmap to the Sectoral Skills Strategy (Blueprint) for Work Integration Social Enterprises (WISEs) in Europe. This critical document outlines the steps necessary to develop a comprehensive skills strategy for the WISE sector across the European Union.

The roadmap begins by providing an in-depth analysis of the EU's political and economic landscape, highlighting the challenges and barriers that WISEs face. Understanding these contexts is essential for overcoming obstacles and ensuring the sector's growth and sustainability.

The document emphasizes the importance of creating a Blueprint that fosters intersectoral collaboration, enabling WISEs to tackle their daily challenges effectively and continue their development. The roadmap outlines specific steps and activities, drawing on tools and insights developed throughout the B-WISE project.

Serving as the foundation for the Sectoral Skills Strategy, this roadmap is designed to guide the implementation of skills development initiatives at both national and regional levels, ensuring that WISEs are equipped to meet future demands.
